We’re on the lookout for an experienced and proactive Market Development Manager with an Agronomy/Agricultural Science background to join our Commercial team. In this role, you’ll be seen as technical thought leader within the Western Australian region with flexibility to work from home within the region, and work closely with sales, marketing and R&D to develop and execute the product strategy. You will demonstrate the features, advantages, and benefits (added value) of Nufarm’s seed portfolio compared both to market standards andthatof competitors in their region.
In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating external s takeholder relationships including growers, influential channel partners, agronomists/consultants,grower groupsand other industry stakeholders to create demand for our core products.
This role will manage the Western Australia segment (Location within territory is flexible) and requires regular travel. A tool of trade vehicle will be provided.

Could This Be You?
You’re an enthusiastic technical Agriculturalist with a broad knowledge of Agronomy, commercial agricultural input sales and the Agricultural industry, ideally within a Broadacre (winter) crop focus including Canola but we are open to conversations if you are wanting to enter across from an alternative background. You are energetic, engaging, customer focused, and results driven. You have excellent communication and time management skills with the flair of influencing through design and reporting and most of all, you’re passionate about developing relationships with internal teams, customers, end-user growers and consultant agronomists as well as developing your own skills.
