A leading global logistics provider is seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager to coordinate and manage real estate transactions in France. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in commercial or industrial real estate management, strong negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of financial principles. In this position you will collaborate cross functionally with internal teams including Business Development, Operations and Engineering as well as Legal, Finance and Lease Administration and external partners including customers, landlords, developers, brokers and advisers to lead and complete new location development/searches and lease renewals in your perimeter in France.
In this position, you will report directly to French Real Estate Leader.
You will be located in our new HQ “Emblem” in La Défense nearby Paris.
