A global transportation company is seeking an experienced professional in Valenciennes to manage engineering quality for projects in development. Responsibilities include ensuring design reviews, managing audits, and proposing improvements. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Engineering and demonstrate fluency in both French and English. The role requires collaboration skills and the ability to handle complex tasks. Some travel may be required depending on project support.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in managing quality tools and problem-solving tools.
• Awareness of the processes delivered as part of project management.
• Experience in audit is a plus.
• Knowledge of railway industry standards and certifications would be an asset.

Responsabilités

• Manage the quality of engineering for projects in development.
• Ensure Design Reviews are well prepared and follow the process.
• Challenge the consistency of design review versus project risks.
• Organise and animate REX committee to integrate return of experience.
• Update quality engineering KPIs and propose improvement plans.
