Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your planning and scheduling expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by managing schedules, aligning priorities, and influencing stakeholders. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Projects, Engineering and Operations).

You’ll specifically take care of developing and updating schedules for critical projects.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Developing and updating project schedules to meet On Time Delivery (OTD) targets,
  • Compiling and evaluating time-related data, effectively communicating results in various formats,
  • Generating effective scenarios to address schedule challenges,
  • Advising on time-related contractual disputes and supporting decision-making,
  • Influencing the alignment of stakeholders’ schedules,
  • Developing and managing documentation for projects and scheduling processes,
  • Contributing to the development and deployment of company planning standards and training

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a full-time planning and scheduling role
  • Industry-related background, preferably in rail or infrastructure
  • Knowledge of scheduling tools and techniques, including proficiency in one tool (e.g., OdyC, Primavera) and working knowledge of another (e.g., Kinaxis, MS Project, TILOS)
  • Advanced understanding of scheduling theory and methods, such as Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced capabilities in MS Excel or other data analysis tools
  • Working knowledge of time-related contractual practices and delay analysis methods
  • Comprehensive knowledge of railway industry products, technologies, and their dependencies
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability in a multi-cultural and rapidly changing environment
