Key Objectives & Responsibilities

The employee will be mainly responsible for back-office work and coordinate various business requests for French market. You will work closely with the sales and network team and other France NSC teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and overall progress.
• Coordinate cross-departmental communication and ensure accurate documentation and information flow.
• Support procurement activities, including submission, supplier communication, and delivery follow-up.
• Monitor and assist with project-related processes such as approvals, contract flow, and compliance checks.
• Provide administrative and hospitality support, including meeting arrangements, visitor reception, and documentation management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, sales support or administrative roles
• Excellent French and English Skill. Chinese will be mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
