Within our Product team and reporting to our VP Product , you will be in charge of pioneering our new value propositions.
You will be at the heart of the product strategy, responsible to establish a strategic product vision and ensure its proper execution within the company.
A week in the shoes of our Product Manager :
- Build new value propositions until they reach first or second transactions :
- Engage with light house customers and selected end-user to grasp challenges and build differentiated solutions
- Train sales crew and support them when needed on first customer engagements
- Support Marcom on collaterals production (website, whitepaper,..)
- Build proper collaterals adapted to go-to-market actions
- Speak during conferences and tradeshow events, webinars, corporate content (videos)
Requirements
Who are we looking for :
We are looking for a Product Manager with a first experience, who is passionate about business strategy, new technologies and committed to the mission of public safety. You possess :
- A first experience in product management, ideally in the field of public safety, AI or enterprise software.
- Leadership to autonomously lead the product value proposition and align with multiple stakeholders in the company (executive committee, R&D,...)
- Business acumen to quantify the value proposition
- Enough technical understanding to build tangible use-cases and value proposition
- Engagement with many stakeholders in the ecosystem (end-users, prospects, customers, partners, associations,...) to propose ideas, test concepts and capture feedback
- Fast learner, fast mover. Test / fail fast approach to iterate until the winning value proposition is reached
- Great writing and presentation skills
- Functional leadership to inspire R&D teams on the vision
- Fluency in English and French are required, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
