Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive Dailymotion’s organic growth strategy. In this role, you’ll own initiatives that increase traffic and visibility through SEO and emerging AI-driven discovery platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, SearchGPT, Perplexity, and other emerging AI-powered discovery platforms).

You’ll work with product, engineering, content, and marketing teams to make Dailymotion videos easier to find—whether in traditional search engines or in the next generation of AI-powered assistants.

What you will do

• Define and deliver a roadmap for organic growth through SEO and AI-bot acquisition.
• Lead SEO improvements (technical, on-page, content optimization) using Google Search Console and Botify.
• Ensure Dailymotion content is well understood and surfaced in AI assistants and LLM-based platforms.
• Monitor performance and deliver insights using Looker, Data Studio, and Amplitude.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate growth strategies into product and content workflows.
• Act as an internal expert on emerging AI search and discovery trends.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of product management experience, ideally in SEO, organic growth, or content platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Botify.
• Solid analytical skills with Looker, Data Studio, and Amplitude.
• Familiarity with AI search assistants (ChatGPT, Bing Chat, Perplexity, etc.) and curiosity about how they shape digital discovery.
• Strong communicator, able to work cross-functionally and align diverse teams.
• Professional proficiency in English is required; French is a plus.
