Accountabilities

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a principal or equivalent leadership role.
- Proven experience building and managing SaaS products in the U.S. federal technology marketplace.
- Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks including FedRAMP and DoD Impact Level Authorization process.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product strategy to business outcomes.
- Expertise in product management tools and methodologies, including Agile, Lean, and OKRs.
- Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in tools like Tableau and SQL.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing C‑level stakeholders.
- Deep passion for innovation and commitment to delivering world‑class customer experiences.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance if required.
