A research institution in France is seeking a Biophysics Researcher to participate in the PEPSISCO project. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting NMR spectroscopy and analyzing spectra related to intrinsically disordered proteins. Requirements include knowledge in NMR applications and biological analysis, along with strong communication skills. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for advanced research.

Offer Description

The successful candidate will participate in the PEPSISCO project, which aims to exploit the properties of intrinsically disordered proteins to encode information. The candidate will be responsible for recording NMR spectra, analyzing them, and developing spectral methods suitable for analyzing polypeptides containing non-canonical amino acids.

Activities
  • Multi-nuclear NMR spectroscopy, including 19F
  • Spectral analysis (resonance assignment)
  • Structural analysis of modified peptides
  • Study of intrinsically disordered proteins
  • Implementation of automated pipelines for spectral analysis
  • Development of pulse sequences
  • Relaxation analysis
