Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service in Polish, responding to inquiries through email.
  • Assist gamers with gameplay questions, account management, and technical support issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve player problems efficiently to enhance the gaming experience.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly and provide feedback for service improvements.
  • Collaborate with development teams to relay player insights and contribute to game enhancements.
  • Stay updated on gaming trends and new product releases to provide knowledgeable support.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a passion for the gaming industry is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Familiarity with gaming platforms and technologies is advantageous.
