Vous serez responsable de la mise en œuvre de solutions techniques pour garantir une expérience de développement fluide et efficace.

Qualifications

• 2+ ans d'expérience dans la construction de pipelines et la surveillance des environnements de production dans le cloud.
• Expérience en environnements Windows/IIS/SQLServer ou Linux.
• Compétences en sécurité, qualité, simplicité et performance du code.

Responsabilités

• Améliorer les pipelines de livraison en collaboration avec les équipes de développement.
• Surveiller la disponibilité et la performance de la plateforme.
• Aider les équipes de développement à migrer vers des microservices.

Lemonway is a pan-European Payment Institution offering a solution dedicated to marketplaces, and alternative finance platforms looking for a payment processing and collection system on behalf of third parties in a secure and regulated framework. Regulated by the ACPR and benefiting from the European passport in 29 countries, Lemonway is based in Paris and Hamburg.

The job

We are looking for an experienced Devops who will be a part of the Platform Engineering team and help improving delivery pipelines and providing a reliable and scalable platform to our customers and improve the developer experience.
You'll be directly reporting directly to our Lead Platform Engineer.

Your missions will be:

• As a member og the DevOps (Platform Engineering team), work in collaboration with development teams to continuously improve their code delivery pipelines using GitLab and Ansible

• Act as a facilitator, making sure Developers have the best experience and ensure releases are smooth. Objective is to deliver on-demand.

• Monitor our platform availability and performance using Kibana/Logic Monitor/Open Telemetry

• Process support tickets, determine incident root causes and add new alerts to our monitoring platform

• Improve our monitoring stack, adding new alerts and metrics to our monitoring Platform. We are actually working on a POC with mixed Prometheus and ElasticSearch

• Work on the post-migration to public cloud using tools such as Terraform and Ansible

• Help the development teams move the platform from Windows/.NET/.NET Core to Linux/.NET Core/NodeJS, from Monolith to Microservices

• Explore new technologies, imagine how we could leverage them and be aware of critical security issues.

• Cloud providers : Azure, AWS

• Code versioning tool: Gitlab

• Deployment tools: GitLab Pipelines, AWX/Ansible

• OS: Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS), Windows/IIS/SQLServer

• Container: Docker, Docker compose

• Monitoring : ELK, Prometheus (We are looking at Grafana)

• Messaging: RabbitMQ

• Office Tools : Slack, Office365, Notion

You’re the perfect candidate if you :

• Have strong communication skills to collaborate in a fast moving company, strong troubleshooting skills and ability to learn quickly (using any tools at your disposal) where knowledge gaps exist to find solutions to technical problems.

• Have been building pipelines and/or monitoring production environments for 2+ years in the cloud.

• Have experience working in Windows/IIS/SQLServer environments or Linux environments and a strong experience on Docker, Terraform, Ansible

• Care about code security, quality, simplicity and performance

• Are fluent in French (if possible) and English

• Like to work with others and participate in the team life

Nice to have :

• You have an experience in payment / a regulated industry
