Job Overview

  • Drive quality policies to reduce defects and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Empower Department Managers, ensure cross‑functional coordination, and set performance standards
  • Recruit, train, and develop associates, upholding safety and norms
  • Promote transparent communication for quality, safety, and personal growth

  • Language Proficiency : Fluent in both French and English, possessing strong written and spoken communication skills in both languages. German will be a plus
