You will join the Global Health Services Division within AXA Health, a committed team driving innovative and high-impact projects. Your objective: lead and develop patient steering programs across several AXA entities, ensuring consistency, innovation, and performance for our clients and partners. As Patient steering lead F/H, your main missions are:
Responsibilities
- Development of patient steering programs
- Design and implement new patient steering programs together with local teams;
- Identify and facilitate the implementation of best practices across various entities;
- Provide expertise and guidance on healthcare steering programs;
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of programs, adjusting actions to ensure their success.
- Strategy and analysis
- Conduct market analyses to understand local healthcare demand, regulatory environment, and competition;
- Identify strategic opportunities for cost management and optimization;
- Develop and adapt a healthcare strategy tailored to each entity’s needs.
- Communication and support
- Develop and present high-impact communication materials to senior stakeholders;
- Collaborate with local teams and healthcare experts to ensure strategic alignment;
- Lead workshops to gather feedback and challenge strategic directions.
- Transversal missions
- Develop and manage multi-country partnerships to support the programs;
- Stay up to date with best practices and innovative healthcare models;
- Adapt strategies based on market evolution and observed results.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you bring the following skills:
Technical skills
- At least 10 years of experience in health insurance, provider management, and healthcare claims;
- At least 5 years of experience in central and transversal roles within AXA, both at entity and headquarters levels;
- Strong background in international project management and multi-country steering;
- Proven experience in evolving provision contracts and developing value creation models;
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate fluently in English (French and/or Spanish is a plus).
