Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in accounting, AP/AR, or an internship in a similar role.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles; exposure to VAT concepts is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily bookkeeping and ensure accurate, timely entries.
• Process supplier invoices and maintain accounts payable records.
• Support customer invoicing and help maintain accounts receivable follow-up.
• Help prepare documentation for VAT reporting.
• Contribute to month-end tasks: reconciliations, accruals, and schedules.
• Collaborate with BI and Sales for payroll data.
• Maintain organized financial files for audits.
• Participate in process improvements.
