About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious Outbound Sales Representative fluent in French to join a high-energy sales team supporting growth across French-speaking this role youll proactively reach out to current and prospective clients to introduce value-driven solutions handle high volumes of outbound calls and emails qualify sales opportunities and support pipeline development. Youll use a consultative sales approach to generate interest manage prospects and contribute to revenue targets all while working remotely from Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage existing and prospective clients to present new solutions and drive sales growth.
  • Make high volumes of outbound calls and send targeted emails as part of daily outreach activities.
  • Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline using CRM tools ensuring accurate data and tracking.
  • Report regularly on pipeline status performance metrics and weekly / monthly sales outcomes.
  • Assist with market research and self-prospecting to uncover new opportunities.
  • Use a solution-selling methodology to address client needs and support integration of new services.
What You Bring
  • Native or fluent French with strong written and verbal communication skills and good command of English.
  • Previous experience in outbound sales tele-sales or client-facing roles particularly with upselling or consultative selling.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup while managing a target-driven workload.
  • Strong organisational skills attention to detail and an ability to prioritise under pressure.
  • Confident engaging communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly.
