Qualifications

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to lift heavy objects repeatedly and operate a pallet jack.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to obtain a chauffeur’s license.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Asana, and spreadsheets.
  • Able to communicate clearly and respectfully in person, over email, and via chat.
  • Precise in checking shipments, updating inventory, and organizing.
  • Collaborate effectively and pitch in where needed, even under pressure.
  • Follow safety procedures while balancing company priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Warehouse Support Associate – Customer Service Department

Responsibilities
  • Check in new stock, enter inventory data, handle returns, and stage or check in items from shows.
  • Assist with packing materials and animals, prepare outbound shipments, and support show prep.
  • Respond to Customer Service help desk tickets by collaborating with the CS team to address product or order-related questions.
  • Bridge communication between Customer Service, Warehouse, and Shipping to improve workflow and reduce delays.
Qualifications – MUST possess
  • Strong Work Ethic – reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical Capability – able to lift heavy objects repeatedly, go up and down stairs, and operate a pallet jack.
  • Valid Driver’s License – must have a valid license and be willing to obtain a chauffeur’s license if needed.
  • Tech Competency – comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Asana, and spreadsheets for tracking and communication.
  • Excellent Communication Skills – able to communicate clearly and respectfully in person, over email, and via chat.
  • Attention to Detail – precise when checking shipments, updating inventory, and organizing staging areas.
  • Team-Oriented Attitude – collaborate effectively and pitch in where needed, even under pressure.
  • Prioritization & Safety – follow safety procedures while balancing company priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
  • Experience working with live animals or perishable goods.
  • Knowledge of inventory systems or order fulfillment software.
  • Experience responding to customer service help desk tickets.
