Overview

As Operations Manager, leading a dedicated team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing processes, including stamping, plating, moulding, and assembly. You will play a crucial role in enhancing productivity, quality, and safety standards, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development and execution of advanced manufacturing strategies to align with company goals and strategic vision.
• Setting performance targets that foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Driving cost-reduction strategies and ensuring all operational activities align with customer expectations.
• Building and leading a robust team through talent development, mentorship and succession planning.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and have proven leadership experience in a complex manufacturing environment.

Fluency in both French and English is essential to operate effectively in an international and matrix organization.
