Who is the company and what is the context of the role?

Our client is a renowned consulting firm recognized for its expertise in digital transformation and the optimization of financial performance. They support large international companies, as well as SMEs and mid‑size firms, in implementing innovative solutions for performance management and financial consolidation.

They are expanding their OneStream practice and are looking to hire experts who are eager to be hands‑on with project delivery, work across a diverse range of engagements, and collaborate closely with international teams. This opportunity is open to candidates based in either France or Switzerland.

What will you be doing?

• Leading OneStream implementation projects for the clients, from design to final delivery.
• Analyzing clients’ business needs and defining tailored solutions aligned with their financial and operational goals.
• Configuring and customizing the OneStream solution, ensuring smooth integration.
• Supporting finance and functional teams in optimizing their consolidation, planning, and reporting processes.
• Providing technical expertise and resolving complex issues related to OneStream.
• Coaching and training junior consultants and coordinating project teams.
• Maintaining client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, tracking needs, and managing solution evolutions.
• Participating in the continuous improvement of internal methodologies.

What skills and experience should you have?

• You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance and/or Information Systems and ideally have 5 years+ of professional experience with EPM tools such as OneStream, SAP BFC, Tagetik, or HFM.
• You have a solid understanding of financial processes (consolidation, budgeting, planning, reporting), as well as proven experience managing complex projects and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable with .NET, C#, SQL, …
• Fluent English is required.
