Responsibilities

• Coordinate with on-site leadership to anticipate customer needs.
• Perform project tasks to the best of your ability as assigned by on-site leadership.
• Create client-specific SOPs, project definitions, and other customer documents.
• Manage sample receipt and quality control, documentation (chain of custody), and distribution of samples to relevant departments.
• Maintain storage units, perform sample returns, and authorized disposals.
• Coordinate sample receipt and QC, triage shipments to appropriate departments/vendors; verify sample shipment receipt by paper or database (chain of custody to ensure sample integrity).
• Defrost and clean freezers, and destroy samples as permitted; reintroduce samples into inventory as required.
• Understand and perform all functions related to assigned projects; ensure SOPs are followed, maintain communications, receive and execute tasks on time, and meet customer needs.

What Youll Bring / Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field (Biology, Biotechnology, Laboratory Technician).
• 2–3 years of experience handling (receipt, storage, and destruction) preclinical and clinical samples.
• Ability and willingness to work with LN2 (after appropriate training).
