The candidate would become part of Oliver Wyman’s Banking & Financial Services practice, and will be part of a team that will work hand to hand with the wider OW European partners and experts to develop business and to help our to solve their most complex and ambitious endeavours on topics such as finance and risk strategy, end to end credit transformations, capital accuracy and models, smart pricing, strategic planning and financial resource management, as well as artificial intelligence and risk modelling engagements (working alongside Oliver Wyman Data and Analytics specialists).
Required +5 years of relevant experience in Consulting or within a bank's General Inspection department, excellent team management, communication and problem-solving skills and proficient English and French. Data and analytics skills are positively considered.

Will break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identifying the key aspects of a problem and directing the focus of junior consultants to those elements.
