Job Description

Nordson Packaging, a global leader in precision dispensing, fluid management, and related technologies, is seeking a highly motivated and talented Field Sales Engineer OEM to join our team in Serris (Paris area), France. Role and Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and secure new OEM customers in alignment with company objectives.
  • Expand business with existing OEM clients by promoting additional products and applications.
  • Develop and execute customer‑specific account strategies.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long‑term agreements to ensure profitability and growth.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • MBA or advanced business qualification is a plus.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within OEM, industrial, or technical markets.
  • Driving license is obliged.
  • Professional English and French language skills are a must have.
  • Experience in negotiating complex contracts and long‑term supply agreements.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/365 tools.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (Value Selling, SPIN, Solution Selling).
Travel
  • 75% travelling incl. regular overnight stays.
