A leading engineering company in Villeurbanne is looking for a qualified professional for the key interface role in piping preparation. The successful candidate will manage isometric drawings and ensure compliance with strict safety standards. Key responsibilities include preparing supports, recording data, and monitoring prefabrication progress. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience, strong skills in Excel, and be adaptable. This role does not offer remote work opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Break down and mark up isometric drawings for prefabrication.
• Prepare supports manually for installation.
• Record all relevant data in the ERP system.
• Launch isometrics and supports for prefabrication.
• Monitor progress of prefabrication and site installation.
• Analyze and manage revisions to assess impact.
• Create and manage site modification sheets.
• Perform measurements for purchase orders.
• Update isometric drawings and create technical reports.

Description du poste

Reporting to the Preparation Manager you will act as the key interface between the client the design office and the site teams for modification projects.

In strict compliance with nuclear safety culture your responsibilities will include :

• Breaking down and marking up isometric drawings according to Boccard procedures for prefabrication and on-site assembly
• Preparing supports for prefabrication and installation
• Recording all relevant data in our ERP system (materials welds bends etc.)
• Launching isometrics and supports for prefabrication or assembly
• Monitoring progress of prefabrication and site installation
• Analyzing and managing revisions assessing their impact on prefabrication and site work
• Creating and managing site modification sheets
• Performing measurements for purchase orders (primary supports insulation painting gaskets bolts etc.) and conducting site surveys
• Updating isometric drawings
• Drafting technical reports and intervention sheets

Qualifications

• Reading isometric drawings plans and PIDs
• Piping construction codes
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas pivot tables VLOOKUP)

You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role (piping preparation).
