Overview
At SoftwareOne we are searching for a dedicated Microsoft Cloud and AI Solution Sales Specialist to join our team in Paris, France. Join our team to drive the adoption of Microsoft Azure and Data & AI solutions by supporting customers in their digital transformation and cloud investment optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and support the sales teams across France throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial exploration to the development of solutions and proposals.
- Identify opportunities around Azure, OpenAI, Power Platform, Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, etc.
- Guide customers through migration, app modernization, and AI adoption.
- Build business cases to demonstrate the value of cloud solutions.
- Proactively take responsibility for finding opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products or services to existing customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to establish strategies and initiatives to increase customer happiness and revenue.
- Develop an understanding of our customers\' needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage and grow the pipeline and forecast visibility using our CRM tool.
- Maintain accurate data across sales cycle stages.
- Collaborate with technical teams to build customized offers.
- Support pre-sales activities: qualification, presentations, RFP responses.
- Ensure project follow-up and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Expertise in Azure and Data & AI solutions. Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, DevOps, Kubernetes. Ability to articulate complex solutions focused on cost and performance optimization. Innovative mindset and strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated competence in sales and effective sales techniques.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and convincingly explain complex concepts.
- Ability to build relationships with collaborators across all levels of the organization.
- Proficient knowledge of sales processes, methods, and standard methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of relevant industries and markets, including emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and legal frameworks.
- Ability to anticipate market changes and proactively find opportunities for business growth.
- Proactively stay informed about industry advancements, new technologies, and standard methodologies.
- Proficient in French with excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel across the France region.
