An international pharmaceutical wholesaler is seeking a motivated Medical Sales Representative to expand their presence in the Chinese and Hong Kong markets. Key responsibilities include developing B2B wholesale sales, conducting market research, and building relationships with local partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmaceutical sales, fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese, and excellent negotiation skills. We are committed to delivering premium health products to global markets, with a strong presence in Europe and growing reach in Asia. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative to develop and expand our presence in the Chinese and Hong Kong markets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage B2B wholesale sales of pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements in China and Hong Kong.
  • Identify and approach pharmacies, distributors, hospitals, and health retailers as potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the internal regulatory and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and compliance.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, pricing, and competitors in the region.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and medical conferences relevant to the target markets.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop market-appropriate strategies and suggest new product opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales, ideally in China or Hong Kong.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare distribution system and regulations in the region.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese, and strong English communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products is a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally to Germany for training or meetings.
