We are looking a Medical Affairs Manager who will build relationships with scientific leaders in one or more indications : immunology, hematology, or pulmonology.

What your responsibilities will be :

  • Implement local and regional Medical Affairs strategies in France, aligned with Grifols’ strategic plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with scientific thought leaders in relevant therapeutic areas.
  • Provide field-based insights on patient care practices, dynamics, and unmet needs.
  • Deliver scientific and medical information to healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
  • Organize and scientific events, including preparation of materials and review presentations.
  • Support internal training programs for sales and affiliate teams.
  • Attend and report on local, national, and regional medical conferences.
  • Respond to scientific and medical inquiries from internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on clinical data presentations, scientific intelligence, and trial site identification.
  • Manage Grifols Research programs at the country level, including ISR, RWE, research grants, scientific awards, and educational grants.
  • Ensure the accuracy of medical content in marketing materials and participate in the sign-off process.
  • Contribute to the development of internal procedures.

Who you are :

  • You have a University degree in Biology, Pharmacy, or Medicine. A PhD with advanced knowledge in immunology or hematology is preferred.
  • You have minimum 5–7 years of experience in Medical Affairs or as an MSL, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • You have strong scientific understanding and ethical standards.
  • You have excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • You speak fluent French and English.
  • You are available to travel frequently.
