A premier talent solutions firm in Paris is seeking a Lead Data and Digital Marketing Manager to oversee data initiatives and drive performance across platforms. The ideal candidate will have a Master's in Computer Science and a minimum of 7 years of proven experience in marketing technology. Strong leadership and strategic skills are essential for this role, which offers an opportunity to innovate in a global environment.
Lead and manage data, digital marketing, data flows, analytics, and data science initiatives.
Build and develop a team of functional and technical specialists.
Drive continuous improvement of data and MarTech platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and democratization of insights.
Collaborate with global business units, IT, marketing, and market organizations to ensure alignment and successful execution.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on data-driven insights, feedback, and business impact.
Champion agile methodologies and product management best practices across the organization.
Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs to evaluate success and inform future decisions.
Stay ahead of MarTech and data trends, technologies, and user expectations to keep platforms at the forefront of innovation.
IT background with a Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing technology, digital product management, data analytics, BI, or related fields. Deep understanding of MarTech, data infrastructure, analytics, and go-to-market models.
Proven leadership in managing large-scale cross-functional digital / data projects with measurable business impact.
Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and technical understanding, with a customer-centric mindset.
Excellent communication in English and stakeholder management skills across global matrix organizations.
