Vous serez responsable de la conception et de la mise en œuvre de stratégies afin de promouvoir des solutions durables et innovantes dans le domaine de la climatisation et du chauffage. Le poste exige une forte capacité d'organisation et au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans un environnement international. Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking an experienced Marketing Communication Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing and communication strategies to promote Danfoss solutions in the fields of refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, and heat pumps, contributing to our commitment to cutting-edge technologies and a sustainable future.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote innovative and sustainable products and solutions of Danfoss Climate Solutions
• Plan and manage MarCom campaigns, including both digital and traditional activities, in collaboration with internal teams
• Organize and participate in industry trade fairs and events, with a particular focus on technical products and solutions for energy-efficient cooling
• Create communication materials such as digital content, brochures, videos, and presentations, ensuring alignment with Danfoss Climate Solutions’ strategy
• Analyze market trends and industry insights to identify growth opportunities within the climate solutions sector
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective support tools and materials tailored to the needs of the climate solutions market
• Support the marketing budget management process, contributing to the monitoring of performance and the evaluation of the impact of marketing and communication activities in driving sustainable growth

What We\'re Looking For

• Academic background in Economics & Commerce / Digital Innovation & Marketing / equivalent fields
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles, gained ideally in medium-structured international environments
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, combined with a good problem-solving attitude
• Well structured and quick to adapt
• Advanced knowledge of major MS Office packages (PowerPoint, Excel), as well as graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop
• Experience in planning and participating in industry trade fairs and events, preferably in international contexts with a high technological content and bigger complexity
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and French. Knowledge of a third language is considered a plus
