A global medical technology company is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support marketing managers across Europe. The role involves planning and executing multi-channel marketing communications, leading campaigns, and optimizing marketing technology tools. Candidates should have 1-4 years of experience in marketing communications within the medical devices, pharma, healthcare, or IT industries, along with a relevant degree. Fluency in French is mandatory, and professional English skills are essential. This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

  • 1–4 years’ experience in marketing communications within medical devices, pharma, healthcare, or IT at a global company or agency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, IT, or related field.
  • Expertise in digital trends, martech, KPIs, and regulatory compliance (GDPR).
  • Proficiency in campaign tools (Pardot, Agile, Adprom), project management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong communication, creative thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Solutions-driven, customer-focused mindset with reliability, resilience, and a results-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in French required; professional English essential.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, scientific affairs, legal, and regulatory teams.
  • Manage congresses and tradeshows, from booth creation to budget and vendor management.

As our Marketing Operations (MOPs) Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role supporting marketing managers across Europe, driving impactful brand elevation and demand generation campaigns that fuel Hologic’s growth.

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

As Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting marketing managers across all divisions in the planning, delivery and implementation of marketing communications activities, at the regional and country level.

This covers both brand elevation and demand generation activities including, but not limited to, integrated marketing campaigns and ABM campaigns, product launches, event and congress management, content and collateral development, and digital acceleration, to achieve Hologic’s country and EMEAC growth targets. The MOPs Specialist also supports, develops and aligns marketing, marcomm and other associated processes or programs across the divisions and countries and consults on and optimizes commercial and marketing technology (martech) and operational programs to ensure the highest level of utilization, performance and efficiency across all divisions in all regions.
