As part of the ORBIS marketing team in Saarbrücken, you will design and manage as marketing manager cross-channel digital marketing measures to position our process expertise and solutions on the market.

Your Tasks as Marketing Manager

• Creating go-to-market and communication strategies in the B2B sector
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns, including budget planning across all channels, e.g., website, blog, SEA, social media
• Designing and implementing multi-stage nurture campaigns to develop marketing qualified leads
• Designing and managing LinkedIn campaigns (e.g., always-on campaigns, retargeting)
• Design and implementation of online/hybrid/on-site events
• Creation of target group-oriented content
• Market observation with derivation of trends and recommendations
• Measurement of the success of digital campaigns using KPIs
• Close cooperation with the specialist department, sales, and agencies

Your Profile

• Completed (technical) university degree in marketing/communication or a comparable qualification
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in digital marketing or a comparable position
• Experience with multi-stage digital campaigns (nurturing campaigns)
• Experience in multidimensional social media advertising – ideally LinkedIn
• Confident presentation skills
• Analytical, structured, and conceptual mindset
• Strong writing skills
• Initiative, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team
• Fluent German and good English skills
