INTERNSHIP – Join the Origins Marketing team and be part of a dynamic team that brings innovation and strategy to life across the EMEA Region! As a 360° Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to support key product and consumer marketing initiatives. Your role will be diverse and engaging, from helping to shape the marketing calendar and product assortment to analyzing consumer insights, brand performances, and innovation launch strategies. You will also be the main point of contact for our EMEA markets and Global teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment. Your main mission over the 6 months will be :

Responsibilities
  • Marketing calendar and product launches : Build and keep updated the FY26-FY27 EMEA marketing calendar and product assortment.
  • Marketing calendar and product launches : Work on new product launch strategies, including competitive analysis and price positioning.
  • Go-to-markets and consumer marketing topics : Support the Senior Marketing Manager in building go-to-market guidelines for our Mega-Mushroom and Plantscription innovations, including Earned Media and TikTok strategies.
  • Collect and analyze consumer insights and trends to define our communication angles.
  • Brand analysis and performance : Conduct competitive analysis and identify relevant quantitative data to define market opportunities.
  • Track brand performances and deliver data analysis to ensure we are reaching our targets.
  • Pharma project : Support the Senior Marketing Manager in updating our (E)-Pharma Toolkit to provide markets with guidelines and materials to succeed in the channel.
  • Work closely with the Global team in bringing our (E)-Pharma strategy to life in key markets.
  • Team members' coordination : Liaise with the demand planning, supply chain, and online teams to ensure the punctuality of projects.
  • Be the point of contact for the 16 EMEA affiliates and the global team for all product-related topics.
  • Marketing / Retailer / Strategic Meetings Preparation : Support the Senior Marketing Manager in building presentations for important meetings throughout the year such as Marketing manager calls, retailer presentations, and senior visits.
Education

Education level: Master’s degree

Educational field needed:

  • Business, ideally with a first experience in Marketing.
  • Passionate about the skincare industry.
  • Fluent English is mandatory, French is a plus.
