Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the North American sales strategy aligned with corporate goals and market dynamics.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Account Executives, and Account Managers.
  • Revenue Growth: Own and exceed regional revenue targets; manage forecast accuracy, pipeline development, and sales cycle performance.
  • Customer Engagement: Cultivate relationships with enterprise customers and key stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new verticals, geographies, and partnership opportunities for growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to drive a cohesive go-to-market approach.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide clear and consistent reporting on sales metrics, KPIs, and forecasts to executive leadership.
Experience & Qualifications
  • 10+ B2B enterprise software sales experience, with 5+ years in a sales leadership role.
  • Proven success in leading sales organizations in the LIMS, ELN, or broader life sciences technology sectors.
  • Deep understanding of regulated environments (GxP, ISO, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and team development skills with a track record of building high-performance sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven sales management.
  • Selling to pharma, biotech, environmental testing labs, or CROs.
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar enterprise sales cycles.
  • Background in scientific informatics, lab operations, or digital transformation initiatives.
