Avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience, votre rôle impliquera la gestion de projets, la supervision d'opérations et la fourniture d'une expertise technique. Qualifications

  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le financement structuré ou LBO.
  • Maîtrise de l'analyse de documents juridiques.

  • Gérer un portefeuille d'opérations LBO complexes.
  • Superviser des projets transversaux.
  • Fournir une expertise technique aux équipes de premier niveau.

Description du poste

You join the 14-person Agency & Solutions - Acquisition Strategic Finance team as a middle office finance manager. In this team, we work on the implementation and follow-up of complex LBO financing transactions originated by the ASF front office of the large client bank for the benefit of major French and international companies.

On a day-to-day basis, your tasks are :

  • Set up and manage a portfolio of complex LBO structured operations;
  • Manage and supervise cross-functional projects and internal team projects;
  • Provide technical expertise to the front office during pre-closing and closing phases of operations;
  • Monitor transactions (add-ons, reprings, A&E, draws, waivers, endorsements, refunds, accessions etc.).

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

With a higher education, you have at least 5 years of significant experience in the field of Agency LBO or structured financing.

You are proficient :

  • Structured finance transactions and analysis of the associated legal documents;
  • Office tools, including Excel.

You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are :

  • Organized and rigorous;
  • Proactive;
  • Motivated by teamwork.

You master English with a C1 level.
