A leading technology company in France is seeking a Manager for Marine Internal Communications. You will be responsible for driving effective communication strategies across various business units, coaching leaders, and enhancing employee engagement. The role requires over 5 years of corporate communications experience and excellent English skills. We are looking for a passionate, solution‑oriented, and collaboration‑driven communications professional to join the Marine Internal Communications Team as Manager, Marine Internal Communications.
As a member of Wärtsilä Internal Communications, you will be in the driver’s seat to empower our people with our strategy, The Wärtsilä Way, and communicate what makes Wärtsilä an inspiring and rewarding place to work. In the Marine Internal Communications Team, you’ll work closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure our communication is impactful in Marine Business Units, in Marine and globally. You report to the Lead of Marine Internal Communications.
The preferred location is Vaasa, but other main Wärtsilä locations in Europe can also be considered.
