A healthcare solutions provider based in Courbevoie is seeking a Manager for Case Management to lead the pharmacovigilance (PV) team. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, training junior members, managing client projects, and performing quality reviews. The ideal candidate will have a pharmacy degree, 5-10 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in both English and French. Strong organizational and decision-making skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • Preferably 5+ years in data entry, management, or pharmacovigilance.
  • Experience working under deadlines.

ProductLife Group is seeking a dedicated Manager Case Management (French Speaker) to oversee our PV team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and accurate safety data.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as key trainer for junior team members to enhance quality and knowledge of PV case processing
  • Review and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide expertise and act as SME for the team, ensuring understanding of tasks
  • Manage larger client projects and serve as the main client contact
  • Monitor client KPIs
  • Support in resolving NC/CAPA, identify RCA, and implement improvements
  • Perform Quality Control/Medical Review to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Participate in audits and inspections as needed
  • Understand client needs and meet or exceed expectations
  • Organize team meetings as required
Education and Experience:
  • Pharmacy graduate
  • 5-10 years of experience working with service providers
  • Preferably 5+ years in data entry, management, or pharmacovigilance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with PV databases (e.g., Argus, ArisG, SafetyEasy)
  • Experience working under deadlines
  • Understanding of GVP and pharmacovigilance regulatory standards
