Your Mission

As a Maintenance Technician, you ensure the efficient functionality of TWA's line and ensure that environmental safety and quality standards are maintained.

Your Responsibilities

• You maintain machines and secure the availability of the production line through troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, etc.
• You carry out actions in case of deviation (programming, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic).
• You are responsible for machine capacity analysis.
• You prepare machinery for certification and audits with the Quality manager/technician.
• You document maintenance records.
• You train operators in preventive maintenance.
• You maintain and administer the spare part stockroom.
• You improve assembly line efficiency.
• You maintain proper maintenance and care for all assets.
• You ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards.

Your Profile

• You have a technical education (mechanical, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience).
• You have 3 years of experience as a technician in a production company.
• You have a comprehensive understanding of Tire-Wheel assembly.
• You are aware of the applicable IATF principles.
• You have pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and industrial process measurement and control skills.
• You possess welding, cutting, and brazing skills.
• You can read blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• You are ready for shift work.
• You have SPS knowledge.
• You have good MS-Office skills.
• You are proficient in English.
