A customer service provider is seeking passionate individuals to join their on-site Customer Service team in Hauts-de-France, France. You will support customers through phone, email, and chat while demonstrating empathy and professionalism. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience. Candidates must be fluent in French (C2) and have English proficiency (B2). The position offers attractive perks, including a welcome bonus and relocation package.

Monday to Saturday, 08:00-18:00 (Portuguese time)
Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day
Welcome Bonus: 3,000
Relocation Package for candidates outside Portugal:
