Qualifications

• Bonne connaissance des réglementations françaises et européennes (ex. GDPR).
• Compétences en communication en français et en anglais.

We are seeking a mid-level Legal Counsel in Paris to assist with Product compliance within our Compliance department. The role involves ensuring our products and services comply with applicable laws and regulations, including:

• Identifying and analyzing regulatory risks related to our offerings
• Developing and implementing internal compliance procedures
• Collaborating with legal, business, and operational teams on new projects
• Conducting audits and internal controls to verify compliance standards

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel, compliance officer, or a lawyer specializing in digital or media sectors
• Strong knowledge of French and European regulations (e.g., GDPR, digital services regulation, consumer law)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, drafting, and communication skills in both French and English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
