Your Role

As a Legal Counsel, you will work closely with our legal team and support various legal functions within the organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Assisting in legal research, contract review, and analysis of regulatory requirements.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements.
• Collaborating with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies.
• Keeping abreast of legal developments in the blockchain and crypto space.
• Providing legal guidance to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of in-house counsel or law firm experience.
• A law degree and a strong academic record.
• Qualified legal experience practising law.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Knowledge or a strong interest in blockchain technology and the crypto industry.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
