About the role:
Join our team as a Business Specialist, Key Accounts, where you will bridge the gap between our Key Account Department and other internal & external stakeholders. Your role involves identifying pain points and optimizing Fleet Sales processes and systems on a national and international scale. You will translate complex needs into simple solutions, design automated workflows, and foremost, explain the development team your team’s wants and needs. With your leadership, you lead task force teams and monitor progress and achieve goals efficiently. Your frequent engagement with markets and customers ensures continuous improvement based on valuable feedback. If you are ready to drive impactful change, then this is the job for you.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Key account department to execute strategic plans for fleet sales, including achieving sales targets, market positioning and pricing recommendations to achieve sales targets, market share growth and profitability.
  • Work with fleet customers, dealers, and partners to establish and maintain good relationships, ensuring the availability and delivery of vehicles to meet customer needs and meeting customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales support activities, such as promotional plans, marketing materials and campaigns, and training, to support partners in promotion and to increase brand visibility.
  • Control the different payments or settlements related to fleet sales and ensure the efficiency, accuracy and punctuality of payments or settlement.
  • Collect and analyze market data, monitor the performance and market feedback, providing regular reports and updates to the Head of fleet sales on fleet performance, market feedback, and sales opportunities.
  • Provide assistance in negotiation and signing of fleet sales contracts, ensuring contract terms comply with legal regulations and company policies in collaboration with fleet companies and partners.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as sales, marketing, to meet the needs of fleet sales programmes and support sales activities where required.
  • Build PowerPoint decks to present fleet department activities and update them on a regular basis.
  • Establishing and managing task force teams to oversee targets, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring the attainment of final objectives.
  • Other tasks assigned by Head of national fleet sales France.


Your Profile:

1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably a study related to management, IT and/or process;
2. More than 5 years working experience in the field of process management, preferably in the automotive sector;
3. Excellent skill to translate commercial complex processes into simple workflows and automated processes;
4. Excellent English and French language skills both verbally and in writing;
5. Structured, process- and problem-solving oriented;
6. Analytical, curious and proactive mindset;
7. Excellent project leadership, able to challenge work pressure;
