IRC224533 – KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

At Eni , we are looking for a Key Account Manager within Eni Spa in Paris, France . You will be responsible for the development of the gas sales, based on a portfolio including prospects and large industrial customers, active and operating on the whole French territory.

As a member of the commercial team at Eni you will be responsible for :

  • Building a business plan and a specific long-term strategy dedicated to each major assigned account.
  • Developing excellent relations with all decision makers (CEO, purchasing and technical directors) and position itself as a privileged interlocutor. Strengthening partnerships with clients assigned by seeking to establish a win-win partnership.
  • Meet customer expectations by developing and positioning in the appropriate commercial offers. Negotiate contracts respecting the commercial policy of the group while ensuring profitability and sustainability in the activity.
  • Being the focal point all along the offering step, with a strong ability to work closely with other internal departments (pricing, contracting, legal, logistic, credit, etc…)
  • Ensuring rigorous monitoring of your offers and contracts with customers (quality, time, services based on internal Customer Support Team
  • Performing regular and accurate reporting of assigned activities. Ensuring active monitoring (commercial / marketing) and entertaining relations with trade associations and other players in the energy market.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :
  • engineer background (or equivalent) and / or business with a strong culture of the energy sector and / or the industry in general.
  • Significant experience in business development with large accounts in industrial or services sectors.
  • Strong prospecting skills
  • Fluent in English and French, Italian ideally
  • Ability to work in a multicultural context and to work in project mode
