If so, now is your chance to join Ascendis Pharma as our new Junior Product Manager Intern in our Marketing department.

Today, we are advancing programs in Endocrinology Rare Disease and Oncology. In addition, we collaborate with partners around the world on the development of TransCon-based products for other therapeutic areas and markets.

We are seeking a passionate Intern to join our Ascendis Pharma France team. You will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to support the commercial success of our innovative therapies in France. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and contribute to the launch of new therapies. This opportunity offers valuable experience working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment alongside experienced professionals.

Please note that this position is a 1-year contract internship.

You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and be based in our France office in Paris.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Assist in the development and implementation of product launch plans, including market analysis, customer insights, and competitor monitoring.
• Support the creation of marketing materials aimed at healthcare providers and patients, ensuring clear communication of the product’s benefits.
• Participate in planning and executing campaigns and initiatives that support the overall marketing strategy.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to the product management team.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, medical affairs, and market access to ensure alignment of objectives and strategies.
• Help organize promotional campaigns and events to increase brand awareness and engage key stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

You are currently pursuing a master’s degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Furthermore, you have:

• Strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in rare diseases and endocrinology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think analytically and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Fluent in English
