A leading cost management company in Paris seeks a team member for cost management in real estate projects. Responsibilities include supporting directors, preparing cost estimates, and managing the tender process. Required are previous construction cost management experience and knowledge of French regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and proficiency in both French and English. Flexible working arrangements are available.
As a member of thecost management team, you will take part in service delivery for real estate projects projects – from early cost advice to settlement of the final account.
