Responsabilités

• Développer et optimiser les KPI et tableaux de bord pour l'équipe de vente.
• Conduire des analyses de performance mensuelles et fournir des recommandations basées sur les données.
• Assister dans le processus budgétaire annuel par la mise à jour du modèle de prévision des ventes.

Are you driven by data and passionate about supporting strategic decisions in the healthcare sector ALK France is looking for a Junior Commercial Excellence Analyst to join our growing Business Intelligence department. In this pivotal role you will support sales force effectiveness (SFE) deliver impactful business insights and contribute to commercial excellence across our French operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-performing pharmaceutical environment while supporting the mission of improving patients lives through innovative allergy treatments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) :
• Develop update and optimize performance KPIs and dashboards for the sales force
• Analyze field activity and recommend improvements to segmentation targeting and coverage
• Administer and support CRM tools (Veeva) ensuring seamless adoption by the sales team
• Internal Support & Business Insights :
• Conduct monthly performance analyses and provide data-driven recommendations to internal stakeholders
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to deliver ad-hoc business analyses and identify growth opportunities
• Contribute to the development of market research projects and support data interpretation
• Design and monitor ROI and impact measurement tools for commercial initiatives
• Cross-Functional Collaboration :
• Assist in the annual budgeting process by maintaining and updating a robust sales forecasting model
• Support broader commercial planning efforts by providing timely and accurate market and performance data

Qualifications :

• Educational Background : Masters degree in Business Statistics Analytics or a related field (Bac4 / 5)
• Professional Experience : Previous experience or internship in commercial excellence analytics or business intelligence within the pharmaceutical industry preferred
• Technical Proficiency :
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Familiarity with QlikSense Veeva CRM IQVIA and GERS data
• Analytical Skills : Ability to extract insights from complex data and communicate findings clearly
• Communication : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present findings to stakeholders
• Languages : Fluency in French and proficiency in English
• Availability : Immediate start preferred
