A leading shipping and logistics company in Marseille is seeking a VIP Support Technician to provide high-quality technical assistance to Executive Management. Responsibilities include managing incidents, maintaining IT equipment, and preparing videoconferences. Candidates should have 5–10 years of experience, a strong command of Windows/macOS, and be fluent in English and French. Within the Workplace department, you will join our VIP Support team dedicated to the Executive Management. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical assistance by managing events, handling requests and incidents, and maintaining IT and audiovisual equipment. You will also prepare videoconferences, work closely with key stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
