For our customer, we are looking for a Senior IT Project/Program Manager.

Scope

Lead the end-to-end HDS certification program, ensuring compliance with the French Public Health Code and alignment with the Group ISO 27001 ISMS. Act as the single point of accountability, coordinating French business units, Group IT, cloud providers, and legal/compliance stakeholders to deliver certification within a 6-9 month roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Own project scope, planning, budget, risks, and executive reporting.
• Translate HDS and ISO 27001 requirements into actionable remediation plans.
• Drive gap analyses, mock audits, and closure of findings with external auditors and consultants.
• Coordinate governance, stakeholder communication, and Board-level steering.
• Prepare and support HDS and ISO 27001 certification audits.
• Establish ongoing compliance mechanisms (KPIs, audits, training, continuous improvement).

Requirements

• 8-10+ years in IT project/program management.
• Proven delivery of security and regulatory programs (HDS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 and French HDS framework.
• Experience with cloud and hybrid environments (Azure, OVHcloud).
• Comfortable working with C-level and cross-functional international teams.
• Strong project management and security expertise.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
