Your role:

You will manage mobility between home and host countries, ensure compliance with local regulations, and partner with internal and external providers from assignment start until the employee's return to the home country.

Your missions:
Compensation and Contract Management
  • Prepare international mobility contracts in line with Group policies and local legislation.
  • Create, present, and update compensation package calculations and oversee implementation.
  • Estimate total mobility costs and manage cross-charging processes.
Operational Implementation of Mobility
  • Ensure payroll setup and salary revisions are correctly implemented; update required reports (tax, compensation & benefits, etc.).
  • Coordinate with expatriates and providers for mobility setup across extended Europe (immigration, relocation, social security, tax, health plan enrollment).
  • Monitor and control expatriation costs and expense reimbursements using internal tools; track expatriate leave and payroll declarations.
  • Manage provider invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Communicate case progress to expatriates, managers, HR Business Partners, etc.
Advisory Activities
  • Assess social security and pension obligations; coordinate affiliations with relevant countries.
  • Identify social security and international tax issues in collaboration with the Manager and tax expert.
  • Advise HR, managers, and expatriates on the impact of Group mobility policies.
  • Participate in cross-functional international mobility projects.
Your profile:
  • Master's degree in International Mobility, HR, Compensation & Benefits, or Taxation, with at least 2 years of experience in mobility management.
  • Solid knowledge of payroll, compensation packages, and mobility service providers.
  • Proficiency in office tools and HR applications.
  • Strong customer orientation and service mindset; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and reliability in handling sensitive data; organized and process-oriented.
  • Comfortable in a complex, multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in French and English; a third language is a plus.
