Description du poste

Forvis Mazars is seeking an intern in international management control to support its Group Controlling team.

Your responsibilities will span two areas: one related to the group cost center and the other focused on country activity monitoring.

Group Cost (Carl) Responsibilities:

• Support the budget process in collaboration with controllers managing budgets forecasts landing estimates and actuals.
• Analyse and standardise general ledgers and cost control.
• Improve procedures and documentation.
• Implement automated reporting tailored to budget holders requirements.
• Perform analytical coding of invoices using the Yooz invoice digitisation tool.
• Enhance tools such as Yooz TM1 and Power BI.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects: tracking strategic investment envelopes automating reporting analyses and monitoring travel expense reports.

Country Activity Monitoring Responsibilities:

• Participate in forecasts and budgets and analyse results.
• Analyse and benchmark data reported by countries.
• Formalise and improve procedures.
• Improve reporting and visualisation tools (TM1 Power BI).
• Support countries in using the Group reporting tool TM1.
