A leading IT consultancy in Paris is seeking an experienced IT Project Consultant for a major transformation project in the financial services sector. You will manage the deployment of a new Service Desk and implement a global ITSM platform. The ideal candidate has proven expertise in IT project management and ServiceNow, and is fluent in both French and English. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in La Defense, Paris.

  • Draft, organize, and monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Overview

I am seeking an experienced IT Project Consultant for a major IT Service Management transformation project within the financial services sector. You will have proven expertise in IT project management, and large-scale transformation initiatives within IT Service Management.

This is a 15 months B2B full time contract, based in La Defense, Paris

Contract Length: 15 months

Location: Hybrid - On-Site La Defense, Paris - 3 days per week, 2 days remote working

Day Rate: Negotiable Rate

Key Qualifications & Responsibilities
  • IT Project Management: Strong track record managing transformation projects, ideally within IT Service Management and ServiceNow environments
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with IT leadership and cross-functional teams across multiple geographies
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Solid knowledge of ServiceNow setup, migration, and ITSM processes
  • Communication & Coordination: Strong skills in reporting, documentation, and stakeholder alignment
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English
Mission Context & Objectives
  • Deployment of a new Service Desk
  • Implementation of a global ITSM platform consolidating services from multiple partners
  • Setup of a new ServiceNow instance and gradual migration from legacy ITSM systems
  • Support the end-client in the overall ITSM transformation project
Main Activities
  • Draft, organize, and monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Coordinate data migration and cleansing (focus on service catalog, CMDB, and user portal)
  • Oversee interface implementation and handover of the Service Desk
  • Ensure knowledge transfer, communication, and hypercare support during deployment phases
Required Skills
  • IT project management and ServiceNow expertise
  • Experience with JIRA / Xray and formal project documentation
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and CMDB
  • Strong coordination, reporting, and written communication skills
