Position

We are looking for our new Industrial Projects Leader based (H/F) in Mehun sur Yèvre (18).

Responsibilities

• In close collaboration with the BG Management, the Industrial Projects Leader positions himself as a business partner to lead new projects and optimize industrial operations.
• Responsible for major cross-functional projects relating to operations improvement.
• Assisting the Industrial Director in the industrial management of the BG; disseminating best practices in terms of processes, methods and industrial safety.
• Leading industrial transformation projects on site; promote Operational Excellence in all sectors.
• Definition of the industrial projects, at the scale of all BG factories.
• Carry out industrial projects, including training of local operators, technicians and engineers.
• Operational reporting of projects at the scale of the Business Group.
• Working with operations teams of the factories where the projects are launched.
• Being an actor of change and of the transformation of the BG.
• Analysis of the financial, social and environmental impact of industrial projects.
• Manage Key Performance Indicators at BG level; European plants tour visits.

Candidate profile

• Technical Skills
• Engineering graduate; you have acquired a first experience of at least 3 years in operations functions (engineering, production, quality, supply chain, maintenance).
• You know the principles of Lean manufacturing and have experience of their application. Six Sigma is a plus.
• Soft Skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Analytical skills and ability to assess competencies.
• Autonomy, proactivity, and a results-driven mindset.
