Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in IT as a Delivery Manager or Technical Project Manager.
• Familiarity with ITIL or other methodologies used in industrialized IT production.
• Overview of IT infrastructure services including datacentre, network, servers, SAN, and Cloud.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the build of infrastructure services as designed by technical architects.
• Lead the roll-out of services with development and application support teams.
• Represent IT infrastructure department in business projects.
• Steer infrastructure operations including monitoring and capacity management.
